Requirements:
- Certification: Participants must have an SSI or PADI Open Water Diver certification or equivalent.
- Age: Participants must be at least 12 years old.
- Medical Fitness: Participants must complete a medical questionnaire and declare any pre-existing medical conditions before diving.
- Swimming Skills: Paricanpints must be able to swim 200 meters/yards with no time limit or 300 meters/yards with snorkel, fins, and mask.
- Open Water Dives: Complete two open water dives to demonstrate skills proficiency in skills.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Rescheduling: Instead of canceling, participants can reschedule their course for a later date, subject to availability. This must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of the course.
- Flexible Booking: We offer the option to cancel your booking up to 48 hours before your scheduled dive, allowing for a full refund.
- Refunds: Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of the course.
- No Shows: Refunds will only be issued for participants who attend with prior notice.
- Weather: At Marsa Alarm Deep South Divers’ discretion, dives may be rescheduled or refunded in case of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
- Medical Concerns: If you are unable to participate in the scheduled dive due to medical reasons, please notify us as soon as possible. A doctor’s note will be required for a full refund.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
By booking a scuba diving experience with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 12 years of age. Minors (ages 12 to 17) require consent from a parent or guardian.
- Certification Requirement: Proof of certification may be required for certain advanced dives. Participants must present a valid diver certification card from a recognized training agency.
- Booking: A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a deposit as specified by Deep South Divers.
- Liability Waiver: Participants are required to sign a liability waiver before participating in any dive activities.
- Changes: Deep South Divers reserves the right to make necessary changes to the itinerary, schedule, or course content.
- Insurance: Participants are advised to have valid dive insurance covering them for the duration of the course.
- Equipment Loss or Damage: Participants may be held responsible for loss or significant damage to equipment due to negligence.
- Image Use Consent: We may capture photographs or videos during the experience. By participating, you consent to the use of these images for our promotional materials unless you explicitly opt out.
