We spent almost 2 weeks with the diving center and its diving crew and it was amazing! It felt like a family from the beginning. Everyone is super professional and friendly, everything went super smooth and uncomplicated. The dive spots very picked perfectly and almost all wishes could be fulfilled! 2 weeks diving with them and this place is INCREDIBLE!!! Very knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. They gave better prices than anyone in the area and the level of instruction was fantastic. Rami was my same instructor the whole time and the owners, Moodi and Montana, took care to set me up with everything I needed from rides, food, hotels, and even took me out to dinner with Monica (resident Polish Instructor!) Moodi even gave me a ride back to Cairo. I can not recommend this place enough, whether it be Open-Water, Rescue, Elphinstone, or general day-dives. I will be coming back and bringing family. MESA-MESA HABIBIES!!!

Great dive centre, with lots of different dive sites accessible from shore or boat. Friendly staff, who try hard to accommodate your wishes.Located right on the beach, near a great restaurant and cafe, plus over the road (5 minutes walk) is the Deep South Eco Lodge, which makes a perfect match - of affordable, good accommodation (with amazing meals!), diving and eating and relaxation, as well as a easily accessible reef nearby to snorkel on when not diving.It is quite a way (15 minutes drive) from Marsa Alam town centre so remote, but this is its beauty and makes for a very chilled base. Some people do travel (& get collected) from their other hotels etc if not staying over the road at the EcoLodge. Enjoy!

Couldn’t be better our experience with Deep South Divers. It was wonderful how many marine creatures we were able to see in just 2 days. Ramadan was our instructor, really nice guy. Best dive center in Marsa Alam.

My wife and I dove here for a good week. We are both experienced divers. All the staff were very courteous, helpful and accommodating for the dives we wanted to do. They were professional and they loved their job, and what they were doing. A big shout out to the DM's Ramadan and the Mohammed's, so great to dive with you and to get to know you as friends. The house reef is excellent, with a number of dive sites right off shore and even more within a quick zodiac ride. The equipment is of good quality, and the pick up and drop off to our place of stay was well timed with no hassles. The atmosphere at the dive center is very relaxed, with free water, coffee or tea for the asking. We look forward to be able to come back to Marsa Alam and dive with Deep South Diver in the future.

Earning my SSI Junior Open Water Diver certification at Deep South Divers in Marsa Alam was an exhilarating experience. Under Moodi's expert guidance, we assembled our gear and embarked on memorable dives, discovering the underwater world. The diverse team added to the adventure. The beach-to-beach dives and the thrilling boat dive showcased the stunning marine life. Despite the extra day for my parents, the overall experience was enriching, and the Deep South Divers team made it unforgettable.
