Fabulous experience of doing our open water scuba diving course with Moody and his team. Extremely professional in their outlook, Moodys entire team make sure that we had an absolutely memorable time in Egypt. They use absolutely best quality equipments and their training methodology sets them apart. They made sure that each one of us was comfortable with every exercise before we moved on to the next one. This diving center is simple but that’s what makes it a little paradise along the beach! Muhammad, Ahmed and Monica will take you diving to amazing places to see anything Marsa Alam can provide, you MUST go to Dolphin house and check the cave dive, mesmerising. They will take you out with a great smile and most importantly following all the safety! Will come back 1000%!!

We had the most amazing dives with Deep South Divers. They're very professional and easy going. During the 8 dives we did, we've met awesome people with similar drive and interests. Next month we're going back to do our Advanced course. They do everything to make you feel safe and let you experience the beauty of the Red Sea.

When we were looking for a scuba diving institutes in southern Egypt for our certification course, we came across Deep south divers. After contacting them on WhatsApp, they provided all the details and we had an initial intro call with Mr. Heikal(Moody). He explained us everything in detail. During our 4 days course, everything was explained very well by all the instructors. Right from assembly of all units, buddy check to rescue operations, everything was explained in detail and taught us very well. 1st day of training I was little nervous about moving underwater, but Deep south divers team made me comfortable, especially Lara. It was lot of fun and learning about various underwater situations. We did various combinations of dives including beach to beach, boat to beach, boat to boat etc. Learning about navigating underwater was super fun. Thank you Deep South Divers team for these wonderful moments to cherish. Thank you Moody for your patience teaching me underwater techniques and making our family certified in Scuba diving ...Special thanks to Ahmad who looked after and did snorkelling with my lil one while we were learning this meditative sport!

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND everyone to book with Deep South directly, or at least through a reputable hotel etc. I booked with a person in town who assured me they were an agent of Deep South etc. This turned out not to be true, and the information they provided me was all wrong (prices, where we would be diving etc). It’s hard when they are so pushy, but just say NO and book direct. When I got to the Deep South’s dive office and realised all of the info I got was wrong, I was super upset. Muhammad the owner came and met with me & talked with me about how they could fix it even though it wasn’t Deep South’s fault to begin with. We sorted everything out, and I have to thank Muhammad for his professionalism and service. He really saved the day and went out of his way to help me.

Very good diving with Mahmoud, Modi, Ramadan and others. They speak good English, make you feel very safe and show you spectacular dive sites. The price is very reasonable too, and the equipment they give you is high quality. They can cater to any experience level of diver, and also snorkelers. I strongly recommend Deep South Divers - and also the excellent partner hostel, Deep South Eco Lodge, with excellent hosts Abdul and Fardi.
